Important MCPS Contract Information
On January 1, 2007 Lincoln Financial began offering the Lincoln Alliance contract. Contributions to the Multi Fund annuity contract were suspended. MCPS employees are permitted, but not required, to exchange their former Multi Fund annuity contract assets into their Alliance account without any surrender charges applying. Employees that do not consolidate their accounts will receive two quarterly statements.
How To Open An Account and Begin Contributing
Employees must contact Lincoln Financial Group to schedule a meeting with one of the representatives listed to establish an account(s) and complete a MCPS Salary Reduction/Deferral Agreement. Once Lincoln Financial Group has confirmed your account is established you may submit a Salary Reduction/Deferral Agreement to MCPS to begin your contributions. |
