The nine companies listed above and their representatives [see full list (PDF)] are approved to offer 403(b) and 457(b) defined contribution plans to Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) employees. The representatives of these companies are authorized to periodically visit work locations to meet with existing and prospective clients. Representatives of the nine approved companies should be granted access to work locations as requested if it is not disruptive to normal activities and appropriate identification is provided.

Granting access to your building to representatives of other 403(b) and 457(b) companies not approved by MCPS is not permitted.
