Our financial representatives, through their affiliation with Lincoln Investment Planning, Inc., can offer a full range of financial services and products for 403(b), 457 and other retirement plans. How To Open An Account and Begin Contributing

Employees must contact Hendershot Financial/Lincoln Investment Planning to schedule a meeting with one of the representatives listed to establish an account(s). Once Hendershot Financial/Lincoln Investment Planning has confirmed your account is established you may submit a Salary Reduction/Deferral Agreement to MCPS to begin your contributions.

This form is not available for download because there is variable information such as Loan Interest Rate and calculations on the Truth in Lending form that need to be pre-populated prior to the form being signed.
