How To Open An Account and Begin Contributing
Employees may enroll in the plan online, by visiting http://enrollonline.fidelity.com. You will enter your SSN and use Plan ID 50300 (for the 403b plan) or Plan ID 62512 (for the 457b plan) to get started. After updating your information, choose a Customer ID and PIN so that you can log on to Fidelity NetBenefits® and select your investment options. Once your account is established, you may submit a Salary Reduction/Deferral Agreement to MCPS to begin making contributions.
If you would rather use a paper form to enroll, you may use the application provided below and return it directly to Fidelity Investments. Once you receive confirmation from Fidelity that your account is open, you may provide MCPS with a completed Salary Reduction/Deferral Agreement to begin making contributions.
